Renee began his career in the Asset Management department of a nationally recognized 1031 DST investment sponsor, managing net-lease retail assets. From there, he became a wholesaler, raising investor equity for 1031 Exchange DST and non-traded REIT offerings through relationships with Broker-Dealers and Registered Investment Advisors.

After some time as a wholesaler, Renee took his experience working for sponsors and is now a Registered Representative with Great Point Capital, LLC (Member FINRA/SIPC). He is now leveraging his knowledge of investment offerings as he works alongside high net worth investors who are looking to defer capital gains taxes and generate passive cash flow from income producing DST portfolios.

Renee holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) licenses Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent).

In his free time, he enjoys surfing and serving at his local church.
